Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology company as a Young Professional IT Recruiter, supporting end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a diverse portfolio of clients. This remote position offers the chance to develop sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills while working alongside experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
