Young Professional – IT Recruiter

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Young Professional IT Recruiter and kick‑start your talent‑acquisition career. You will work remotely, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment for cutting‑edge tech projects and collaborating with senior recruiters across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
