Workday Analyst – Payroll & Time Tracking (Remote)

About the role

As a Workday Analyst you will support the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules related to Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions within the Workday platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from HR teams.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Develop reports to meet business and compliance needs.
• Participate in testing cycles and support Workday upgrades.

Required profile

• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
• Background in Workday Absence Management.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
