Web Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Coforge is looking for a Web Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale high‑performance, cloud‑native web applications. The role involves transforming prototypes, automation tools, and predictive models into production‑ready features while collaborating with product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js and SQL databases.
• Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve code quality, conduct reviews and automate testing.
• Create dashboards for automation pipelines and integrate with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing full‑stack web applications with complex API integrations and background job processing.
• Ability to work remotely from a private, quiet workspace with high‑speed internet and communicate via webcam, video conference and phone.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Required skills

• Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js.
• SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud‑native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Automation and RPA tools (UiPath, Gemini AI Studio, OpenClaw).
• Document Intelligence APIs (Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, Google Cloud Document AI).
• Message brokers and state‑machine technologies (RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Prompt engineering, multi‑agent orchestration and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
