Warehouse Manager

About the role

Wist'upiku is looking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to ensure timely and efficient supply of raw materials, inputs, and merchandise across all areas and branches. The role is hands‑on, field‑based and includes supervising a team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests, quotations and orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure price, quality and availability.
• Control product inflows and outflows in both system and physical records.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch to branches.
• Monitor expiration dates, batch numbers and product rotation.
• Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile with accounting.
• Prepare monthly reports on stock, waste, purchases and key indicators.
• Coordinate daily supply with operational areas.
• Supervise, train and lead warehouse staff.

Required profile

• Higher technical degree or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial or Food Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience managing warehouses, preferably in food service or mass‑consumer sectors.
• Proven experience leading operational teams.
• Hands‑on experience with physical and system inventories.
• Intermediate level Excel.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Inventory management systems (desirable).
• FIFO and inventory rotation control.
• Basic accounting principles.
