About the role

This volunteer position offers a chance to lead the creation of winning consultancy and project proposals for international organisations, NGOs and foundations. You will work in a hybrid setting, coordinating onsite activities in La Paz while also collaborating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and submission of technical and financial proposals in response to calls for projects.
• Assemble and manage multidisciplinary teams, supported by junior professional volunteers.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of proposal documents, logical frameworks and budgets.
• Coordinate hybrid work between the La Paz office and remote contributors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in proposal formulation, including technical design, logical frameworks and budgeting.
• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Economics or related fields.
• Strong self‑management, maturity, commitment and immediate availability.
• Demonstrated ability to build and guide teams of junior volunteers.
• Residence in La Paz or El Alto, Bolivia.
• Result‑oriented, excellent writing, analytical thinking and punctuality.
• Respect for cultural diversity, gender equality and professional ethics.
