Vendedora – Atención al cliente y ventas en tienda

About the role

NICX is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales Associate to welcome customers, advise on products, and guide the purchase process from entry to checkout in its Santa Cruz de la Sierra store.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑store, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from greeting to payment collection.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure visual presentation standards.
• Perform basic stock control, support inventory counts, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Communicate current promotions and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
• Conduct live sales sessions on TikTok and provide customer support via WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude: ability to identify needs, present product benefits, and close sales effectively.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude: respectful, clear communication, active listening, and problem‑resolution skills.
• Organizational capability: basic stock handling, store orderliness, and adherence to internal procedures.
• Previous experience in retail sales, cash handling, or public‑facing roles is valued.
