About the role
XPARTES is expanding its sales team in El Alto, La Paz, and seeks a motivated Heavy‑Machinery Parts Salesperson. The role combines technical knowledge of heavy equipment with commercial acumen to serve existing customers and generate new business.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and follow up on client quotations and orders.
- Prospect and acquire new customers for heavy‑machinery spare parts.
- Conduct strategic on‑site visits and field trips across the assigned territory.
- Analyze commercial performance and market trends in the region.
Required profile
- Formal education in commercial engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar commercial position.
- Ability to travel for field visits and occasional trips.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SIS CAT system and digital catalog management.
- Experience in cross‑referencing parts and using reference databases.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
