About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Santa Cruz, focusing on motorcycles and related parts. The role involves direct interaction with customers, guiding them through product selections, and ensuring a high level of post‑sale satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and advise customers on motorcycle and parts purchases.
- Track sales activities and efficiently process orders.
- Achieve established sales targets.
- Provide post‑sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Promote store products and special offers.
- Prepare activity reports as requested.
- Collaborate on store organization and promotional campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles, parts, or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑orientation.
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Team player capable of working towards objectives.
- Immediate availability for full‑time work.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
