Treasury Assistant

About the role

The Treasury Assistant will ensure operational continuity, liquidity control and accurate execution of financial and funding movements across the group’s accounts. The role requires meticulous documentation, compliance with financial regulations, and close coordination with Accounting and external entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intra‑company funding to guarantee resource availability for payments and commitments.
• Update daily bank balances, monitor liquidity and resolve unrecognized items with financial institutions.
• Download, process and validate payment vouchers, forward them to Accounting and confirm receipt to internal requestors.
• Draft and send official correspondence to regulatory bodies, brokerage agencies and banks, both local and foreign.
• Control signing and archiving of physical and digital letters, and coordinate required notarizations.
• Report national account inflows, organize and safeguard active and passive treasury documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering, Auditing, Public Accounting or related field (graduated or final‑year student).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, finance or corporate banking accounting.
• Knowledge of Bolivian financial legislation (Law 393, Central Bank Law 1670, Commercial Code, Securities Market Law 1834, anti‑money‑laundering regulations).
• Strong attention to detail, ethical conduct and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills highly valued.
• Familiarity with corporate digital platforms and information‑security policies.
