Trainee de Gestión de Proyectos Ágiles

About the role

We are looking for young talent interested in project management, agile methodologies and technology innovation. As a Trainee in Agile Project Management you will gain practical experience by supporting the planning, monitoring and coordination of technology projects within our Projects team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project activities, stages, owners and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify pending tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and relevant information.
• Apply basic concepts of Scrum, Kanban and other agile practices.
• Coordinate with different areas, share information and facilitate activity tracking.
• Use collaborative digital tools to support project management and optimisation.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters, recent graduate or holder of a degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Basic theoretical knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
• Interest in developing a career in project management, PMO or agile transformation.
• Strong organisational, communication and detail‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet).
• Familiarity with artificial‑intelligence tools.
