Técnico(a) de Serviços – Calibração e Instrumentação

About the role

The Service Technician will work in a technical and collaborative environment, supporting calibration, inspection, testing and technical assistance for industrial instruments. The role ensures compliance with metrological requirements, quality standards and internal procedures while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calibrations of flow, temperature and pressure instruments according to established technical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation, setup and operation of calibration benches.
• Conduct visual inspections, functional checks and tests on equipment, identifying maintenance or adjustment needs.
• Carry out basic installation, configuration and maintenance of measurement and control instruments.
• Support calibration activities following technical specifications, industry standards and internal procedures.
• Provide initial diagnostics and assist in troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems.
• Complete technical records, spreadsheets, reports and quality‑management system documentation.
• Help issue calibration certificates, technical reports and related documentation.
• Maintain identification, traceability and organization of laboratory and service‑center equipment and standards.
• Follow ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, applicable norms and internal procedures.
• Contribute to the cleanliness, conservation and safety of the technical area.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimise system performance and continuously improve processes.
