Técnico Eléctrico Junior

About the role

The Junior Electrical Technician will support the installation, maintenance and basic repair of electrical systems and equipment at SELECTBOL’s facilities in Cochabamba. Working under senior staff, you will help ensure that wiring, switchboards and protective devices operate safely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in installing and maintaining low‑voltage electrical installations.
• Inspect and verify wiring, electrical panels and protection devices.
• Prepare tools, materials and equipment before each intervention.
• Record maintenance activities and report simple incidents.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times.

Required profile

• Technical training in electricity (vocational diploma, technical course or equivalent).
• Ability to read simple electrical schematics.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety regulations and risk prevention.
• Detail‑oriented, eager to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work on‑site in Cochabamba with flexible shift coverage.

Required skills

• Use of manual hand tools.
• Operation of measurement equipment such as multimeters and testers.
• Interpretation of basic electrical diagrams.
