Technology Services Analyst V

About the role

The Analyst V in Technology Services will drive documentation, process improvements, and application configuration while providing support activities across the technology landscape. You will work closely with business and technology teams to enhance service delivery and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operational activities, measuring process quality and compliance.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze and configure applications for better customer experience.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and continuous‑improvement ideas aligned with ITIL processes.
• Partner with business users, architecture, and development teams to ensure effective application use.
• Lead, track, and communicate the status of cross‑team initiatives.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and documentation to support service measurement.
• Train technology services and end‑user communities on processes and tools.
• Provide domain guidance to less‑experienced team members.

Required profile

• College degree or certifications in a business or technology field.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in a technology or business environment.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CSM, or AWS.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑team initiatives and drive automation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Energetic, hands‑on, results‑oriented team player.
