Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive Sanity CMS migration projects for our US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and will be integrated into the client’s existing design and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and execution of large‑scale Sanity CMS migrations, including content modeling, data mapping, transformation, and migration tooling.
• Collaborate daily with designers, product owners, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of content services.
• Define technical strategies, identify risks, and guarantee data integrity throughout migration phases.
• Design and implement backend services and API‑driven architectures using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices and modern JavaScript ecosystems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership, making architecture decisions and leading teams.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end Sanity CMS migration projects.

Required skills

• TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.
• Sanity CMS, including content schemas, GROQ queries, and migration tooling.
• RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• React and/or Next.js.
• Headless CMS architectures and document‑based databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
