Talent Acquisition Specialist – Join Our Team in Bolivia

About the role

Skillya is growing and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. This role supports U.S.-based clients across various industries, handling candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and client relationship management while working with an experienced, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, client databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate outreach to assess interest, qualifications, and availability.
• Complete initial candidate screenings and document outcomes.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
• Track candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned clients and hiring managers.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding search progress, candidate activity, hiring needs, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate and timely information within applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports.

Required profile

• Prior experience managing client or hiring manager relationships is a plus.
• Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and full‑cycle recruitment processes (desired).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
