Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Skillya is expanding its recruiting team in Bolivia and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support U.S.-based clients across multiple industries. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment activities, client relationship management, and collaboration with an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, client databases and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct outreach, assess interest and qualifications, and perform initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and clients.
• Track candidate progress through each recruitment stage and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and hiring managers.
• Provide regular updates to clients on search progress, candidate activity and hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate updates and recruiting activity reports for internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and relationship‑driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop credibility with candidates and clients.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Experience with client‑provided recruitment platforms and databases.
• Familiarity with full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
