Talent Acquisition & HR Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & HR Associate will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and support daily HR operations. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience from requirement gathering to onboarding, while also handling administrative HR tasks as priorities shift.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, coordination and follow‑up.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms; conduct active sourcing and headhunting.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates on experience, competencies and English proficiency.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports, metrics and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, maintain employee and contractor records.
• Create and update job descriptions, internal manuals and HR process documentation.
• Respond to team queries, follow up on resolutions, and manage contractor lifecycle.
• Handle administrative documentation, office supplies, vendor requests and organize internal meetings or events.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full selection process from requirement gathering to closure.
• Practical knowledge of HR processes, tools and documentation.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience applying and interpreting psychometric assessment tools for selection.
