Talent Acquisition Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to be the first formal point of contact with candidates. You will conduct initial interviews, assess fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online information to evaluate general fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep system records up to date.
• Interview candidates to validate qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
