About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of field representatives and delivery drivers in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector, focusing on carbonated beverages. The role is primarily field‑based, balancing on‑site visits with occasional office work to monitor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyse key performance indicators such as sales volume, order size, visit effectiveness and market coverage.
• Develop and execute strategies for both traditional (warehouses, bodegas) and modern (supermarkets, convenience stores) channels.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions and new product launches.
• Motivate, coach and discipline the sales force, handling daily rejections and physical fatigue.
• Negotiate premium shelf space and additional display locations.
• Maintain composure under volatile market conditions influenced by weather and competition.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Leadership skills to drive a high‑energy, field‑oriented team.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel for data cross‑checking.
• Experience with Sales Force Automation tools.
• Proficiency in GPS‑based routing and route optimisation.
• Knowledge of point‑of‑sale execution and POP material handling.
