STEP 2.0 Advisor – Bolivia Implementation (Remote)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a STEP 2.0 Advisor to support the implementation of the STEP 2.0 approach in Bolivia’s national immunization supply chain. The advisor will work remotely with the implementing partner and key facilitators, providing knowledge, tools and methodologies to strengthen leadership, change management and problem‑solving capacities of health supply‑chain managers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and capacity‑building sessions on STEP 2.0 methodology for national and sub‑national immunization supply‑chain leaders.
• Assist the implementing partner in applying change‑management and leadership tools to drive supply‑chain transformation.
• Support the development and operationalisation of the National Immunization Supply Chain Roadmap priorities.
• Facilitate problem‑solving workshops to address supply‑chain challenges such as vaccine stockouts and logistics complexity.
• Monitor and report on progress, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in public‑health or immunization supply‑chain projects, preferably in low‑ and middle‑income settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multi‑stakeholder teams and to lead change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and evidence‑based decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
