Social Media Creator Agent – Talent Network

About the role

Toptal is building a new venture focused on empowering content creators. As a Creator Agent you will work directly with the General Manager and Operations Director to onboard, coach, and accelerate the growth of our creator community. This remote position combines strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and early‑stage product building.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard creators, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Provide 1‑to‑1 coaching on content strategy, packaging, scripting, and community building.
• Set weekly goals and metrics to improve click‑through, retention, follower growth, and engagement.
• Guide creators toward professional publishing standards and prepare them for monetization.
• Activate brand deals and new revenue streams once creators achieve traction.
• Design, test, and refine coaching methodologies, turning learnings into playbooks and repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level creator strategist with proven success growing accounts on major social platforms.
• Deep understanding of content scaling, packaging, and commercial readiness.
• Ability to analyze performance data, communicate clearly, and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
