Social Creative (Community Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Creative to join our team in La Paz, Bolivia. You will be responsible for connecting brands with audiences through relevant content, innovative ideas, and powerful communication across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the digital presence of important brands on social media.
• Create attractive, brand‑aligned content and persuasive copy for social channels and media plans.
• Engage with digital communities and interact with audiences.
• Participate in the development of social media strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics and performance to optimize results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, consumer behavior, and new content dynamics.

Required profile

• Degree in Advertising, Social Communication or related fields.
• Previous experience managing social media for major brands, preferably from an agency.
• Excellent writing, creativity and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in content creation and persuasive copywriting.
• Analytical ability to interpret metrics and propose improvements.
• Adaptability, organization and a solid understanding of digital trends.
