About the role
Coforge is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web and API applications, ensuring high-quality releases.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases across web and API applications.
- Build and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks.
- Perform API testing, database validation, and end-to-end system testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure early defect detection.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Required skills
- Test automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
- API testing tools: Postman, REST Assured.
- SQL for data validation.
- Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Defect tracking with Jira.
