Senior Product Manager, Travel eSIM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our consumer travel eSIM product. You will own the end‑to‑end roadmap, design new features, and drive commercial success for international travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the travel eSIM roadmap in line with market demand and business goals.
• Lead design, development, and launch of new plans and features, overseeing the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research on traveler needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Own the purchase‑to‑activation funnel (browse, purchase, QR/eSIM install, first connection).
• Monitor product metrics such as conversion, activation, ARPU, repeat purchase and margin.
• Maintain the data‑plan catalog and pricing per corridor, balancing cost, margin, and competition.
• Collaborate with roaming and wholesale partners on coverage, capacity and pricing.
• Write PRDs, prioritize work across multiple scrum teams, and coordinate launches with engineering, marketing, sales and support.
• Provide sales enablement materials and support B2B onboarding.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience owning a consumer product from pricing through activation and retention.
• Proven ability to define, build and ship complex technical products.
• Experience working in agile teams with designers, engineers and QA.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, able to translate technical or pricing constraints into concise business cases.
