Senior Power BI & Dashboard UI Specialist (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Join FullStack’s talent network as a Senior Power BI & Dashboard UI Specialist, working remotely for U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact business intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high‑end Power BI dashboards with a strong focus on UI/UX, usability and data‑visualisation best practices.
• Perform performance tuning for large‑scale Power BI reports and underlying queries.
• Integrate data from diverse sources such as SQL databases, ERP systems and cloud data warehouses.
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for BI applications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development and business intelligence experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience designing complex star‑schema data models and semantic layers.
• Ability to work independently, take extreme ownership and thrive in Agile/Scrum environments.
