Senior Odoo Developer – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

CO4 Corp is launching a high‑impact, international ERP transformation project based on Odoo. We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to lead the technical core of the system, from custom module development to critical integrations and strategic data migration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules that align with key business processes.
• Build robust integrations with external systems using REST APIs, OAuth and JWT authentication.
• Lead data migration and transformation activities, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Collaborate in agile, multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
• Maintain high code quality using Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven Odoo development experience, including end‑to‑end implementations.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
