Senior MLOps Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to join its talent network and work on U.S. client projects. You will integrate directly into client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to build and operate production‑grade machine‑learning workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain MLOps platforms using tools such as Vertex AI, MLflow, and Kubeflow.
• Develop backend services in Python, Go, Ruby, or JavaScript and ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are robust.
• Build and manage feature stores, feature pipelines, and data workflows, including SQL‑based processes.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for ML‑driven products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, MLOps, or ML engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work on large, complex systems in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor other engineers.
