Senior GTM Strategy Manager

About the role

As a Senior GTM Strategy Manager at Chrono24, you will be the analytical and operational backbone of the Growth Operations team, partnering with senior leadership to shape and execute high‑impact go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent research, modelling, and problem‑structuring on strategic questions such as C2C strategy and new GTM motions.
• Build rigorous scenario analyses and present clear recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from definition through delivery, managing stakeholders and dependencies.
• Design and maintain internal KPI and performance reporting in collaboration with Data and BI teams.
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across Marketplace and VIP GTM motions and translate data into actionable narratives.
• Produce recurring analytical deliverables, including weekly and monthly performance summaries for Growth leadership.
• Act as a thought partner on high‑priority projects such as US market acceleration and new GTM motions (CPO, certification, consignment).

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or GTM/strategy/business operations at a high‑growth technology company.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes and driving cross‑functional initiatives to completion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build, stress‑test, and interpret complex models.
• Fluent use of AI tools (LLMs, research agents, analytical co‑pilots) to accelerate insight generation.
