Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Node.js, CRM) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, product managers and other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack JavaScript/TypeScript applications using React, Node.js and modern frameworks such as Next.js.
• Design, implement and document robust backend APIs, service‑to‑service integrations and business logic.
• Integrate and maintain CRM solutions, primarily Salesforce, including data migrations and custom logic.
• Connect third‑party marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Statsig, Optimizely) to the platform.
• Optimize performance, write automated tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and monitor applications with New Relic, Sentry or Datadog.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable delivery of code.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience influencing architecture and mentoring peers.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership and solve complex problems.

Required skills

• React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Next.js or other server‑side rendering frameworks.
• AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch).
• Salesforce CRM (logic extraction, migrations, maintenance).
• Integration with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Statsig, Optimizely.
• Testing tools: Jest, Cypress, Playwright.
• Observability tools: New Relic, Sentry, Datadog.
• CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodology.
