Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes to join our client’s engineering team on a remote, project‑based basis. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and operating containerised workloads while collaborating with designers and developers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters and related automation.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and manage service lifecycles for containerised applications.
• Configure DNS, email routing (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and TLS certificates for internet‑facing services.
• Develop monitoring, alerting and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable backend services in Go, Python or Java.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to internal libraries and tooling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work through complex issues.
