About the role

The Semi Senior Project Manager will lead complex software development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while managing stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects, guaranteeing quality standards and business requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Communicate project status to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Advanced level of English.
