Sales Executive – La Paz

About the role

The Sales Executive will help grow the bank’s active and passive client portfolio by acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, promoting financial and insurance products, and building strategic partnerships with companies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop active and passive business opportunities for the bank.
• Promote and sell financial and insurance products to individuals and businesses.
• Manage and retain the assigned client portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Design and execute commercial strategies to meet sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with corporate partners to boost product placement for personal banking.
• Continuously follow up with clients to maximize placement and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles; banking experience is a plus.
• Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Financial Engineering or related fields.
• Post‑graduate or specialization in Sales is desirable.
• Strong orientation to achieving goals, negotiation, communication, urgency, and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and initiative‑driven.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
