Retail BI Analyst

If you are passionate about data, sales performance, and turning insights into action, we’d love to hear from you. As a Retail BI Analyst you will leverage Power BI and Excel to transform sales data into strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report sales data using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor competitive activity, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Support sales and marketing decision‑making with data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop and track KPIs and dashboards to evaluate sales performance.
• Set sales targets for stores and sales force team members and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
