About the role

We are looking for an Institution Representative to join Laboratorios Bagó de Bolivia SA in La Paz. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key institutions, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with institutions.
• Present and sell our product portfolio to various institutional clients.
• Follow up on proposals and quotations, ensuring timely communication.
• Address queries and resolve issues raised by institutions.
• Develop strategic relationships with buyers and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy or a related medical/commercial field.
• Knowledge of the basic procurement regulation SICOES.
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
