Remote Scrum Master

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global, fully‑remote team as a Scrum Master. You will guide cross‑functional teams through Agile processes, ensuring successful delivery of technology projects for leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and remove impediments.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and estimate backlog items.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and generate status reports for clients.
• Anticipate risks, mitigate issues, and maintain confidence in delivery quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid US B1‑B2 visa or ESTA.
• Experience in IT environments is a plus.
