Remote Project Manager (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Remote Project Manager to join its growing team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will lead Agile projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project goals, objectives, schedules, and align them with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Develop, track, and document all project aspects, including scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Create and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate progress, quality metrics, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Agile projects and Scrum teams.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
