Regional Delegate for Beni

About the role

As the Regional Delegate for Beni at ABPMP Bolivia Chapter, you will support the promotion of Business Process Management (BPM) best practices across the Beni region. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine on‑site activities with remote tasks to help organise events, engage local professionals and raise awareness of ABPMP.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate regional BPM events, workshops and meetings.
• Maintain communication with companies, professionals and academic institutions in the Beni area.
• Assist in creating informational and educational content about BPM.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with local universities and organisations.
• Promote ABPMP membership and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in administration, engineering, information systems, economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in business process management and continuous improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication, public‑speaking and report‑writing abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office‑suite applications.
• Experience using video‑conferencing platforms.
• Familiarity with social‑media tools for communication and promotion.
