About the role

The Pharmacy Manager for the Northern satellite location will coordinate the pharmacy team at the point of sale, ensuring that all established procedures and protocols are properly followed.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the correct dispensing of medications and supervise the dispensing process.
• Control and manage the pharmacy inventory.
• Prepare reports on psychotropic substances in accordance with current regulations.
• Manage the work team, addressing conflicts when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and protocols.

Required profile

• Professional training in Pharmacy or Biochemistry and Pharmacy.
• Demonstrable experience in medication dispensing, inventory control, and personnel supervision.
• Knowledge of psychotropic substance reporting requirements.
• Ability to handle personnel management and conflict resolution effectively.
• Availability to rotate among branches in the Northern zone.
