About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The role combines front‑desk duties, billing administration, and support for our marketing team in creating digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and provide personalized assistance.
• Manage and confirm medical appointments, maintaining the daily agenda.
• Process billing, collections, and daily cash reconciliation using SAP.
• Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Capture photos and record short videos for use in Reels, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Assist the marketing team with basic audiovisual material creation.
• Prepare administrative reports and handle routine office tasks.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in reception and patient care within clinics or medical centers.
• Strong empathy, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly in sensitive situations.
• Immediate availability for a full‑time onsite position.
