Real Estate Intern – Property Research & Analysis

About the role

KLM consultores is seeking a motivated Real Estate Intern to support its property research and analysis team. This full‑time, on‑site position in La Paz offers hands‑on experience in the real‑estate sector, allowing you to develop commercial and analytical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and update information on properties and development projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, commercial presentations, and client documentation.
• Maintain databases and track real‑estate transactions.
• Interact with potential clients, answer basic inquiries, and support sales activities.

Required profile

• Current or recent studies in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of real‑estate markets, property regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Strong interest in customer service and sales, with good communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn about the real‑estate industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Word.
• Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint or similar).
• Comfort working with databases.
