QA Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on QA Lead to drive quality engineering for a large‑scale retail Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform. The role involves leading testing activities across functional, automation, performance and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA activities including functional, automation, regression, performance and production testing.
• Coordinate testing plans with client QA, engineering, product and cross‑functional teams for features, integrations, promotions, payments and releases.
• Design and enhance Playwright + TypeScript automation frameworks.
• Manage JMeter performance/load testing, reporting and defect tracking.
• Oversee test coverage, release readiness, QA metrics and support after‑hours production validation.
• Lead distributed QA teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and effective collaboration.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience testing large‑scale e‑commerce applications, preferably on Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments and managing distributed teams.
