Python AI Engineer - Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev® as a Python AI Engineer to develop and evolve a production AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You will work on the agent and retrieval layers, integrating LLM capabilities and extending front‑end features as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Design LangGraph flows and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines over structured and unstructured data sources.
• Maintain evaluation coverage for the AI behavior you ship.
• Extend the existing Next.js front end when features require it.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python experience (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Proven experience delivering LLM systems in production.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
