Promotor de Servicios (Cajas) – Cochabamba

About the role

BCP Bolivia is looking for a Service Promoter focused on cash operations to deliver fast, accurate assistance to customers at its Cochabamba branch. You will manage transactions, guide clients on financial products and digital channels, and ensure a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash‑related operations such as deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers.
• Provide information on financial services, digital banking channels and answer common client queries.
• Verify documentation and follow operational and security protocols.
• Record transactions precisely and perform daily cash‑closure procedures.
• Support the achievement of service, customer‑experience and efficiency targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cash handling, customer service or operational roles within banking, retail or similar services.
• Understanding of financial transactions, cash management and cash‑counting procedures.
• Proficiency with digital systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Technical or university education in administration, finance or related fields.
• Availability to work on‑site in Cochabamba.
