Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join its rapidly expanding team. This remote position supports clients across the United States and Central/South America, delivering high‑quality software solutions in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to keep projects on track.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to meet defined project milestones.
• Track, document, and report all aspects of project progress.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
