About the role

IBNORCA is looking for a creative and strategic Communication Professional to join its National Office in La Paz. The role focuses on strengthening the institution’s image, promoting its services, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement institutional communication strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation and dissemination of advertising and institutional content.
• Manage relationships with media outlets and handle press communications.
• Organize events and outreach activities to promote services.
• Administer and optimize the corporate website and social media platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional communication within the private sector.
• Postgraduate studies in Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing or related areas are desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Proven experience in at least two of the following: institutional positioning, communication for technical or non‑profit organizations, campaign design and coordination, content production and validation.
