About the role

We are looking for a Digital Educational Producer to design, develop, and manage digital learning content for our clients. The role involves creating instructional materials, configuring courses on LMS platforms, and ensuring a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital educational content, including videos, interactive modules, and instructional matrices.
• Configure, upload, and maintain courses on Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to align content with learning objectives.
• Utilize design tools such as Canva and Adobe to create visually engaging assets.
• Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Communication, or Education.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• At least two completed consulting projects in digital education, content creation, or LMS management.
• Immediate availability and residence in La Paz (preferred).
