Process Analyst – Process Modeling & Optimization

About the role

The Process Analyst will support Tigo’s mission to connect people and improve lives by documenting, modeling, and optimizing business processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies, propose digital solutions, and measure the impact of improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and model processes using interviews, workshops, and document review.
• Create BPMN diagrams at various levels of detail.
• Analyze processes with Lean methodology, quantitative and qualitative data, and identify root causes of pain points.
• Use analytics and AI tools to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Establish baselines, measure before‑and‑after performance, and report on time, volume, cost, and quality metrics.
• Design end‑to‑end process redesigns, eliminating non‑value‑added activities and redefining roles.
• Implement digital, automation, and robotic solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI, to enhance process performance.
• Monitor ongoing performance, detect deviations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide process consulting to various business areas, collaborating with Customer Experience and other teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business process analysis, modeling, and improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean methodology and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage project timelines.
