About the role
Creative Chaos seeks a seasoned Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI models that drive our product innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve AI systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications.
- Research and apply the latest AI technologies and methodologies.
- Monitor model performance and fine‑tune as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and teamwork orientation.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
