Picker/Auxiliar de bodega

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Picker/Auxiliar de bodega to join our fast‑growing delivery and quick‑commerce operation. You will work on the warehouse floor, assembling orders accurately and ensuring they are ready for dispatch to our riders.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items and pack orders according to the defined process, meeting service level expectations.
• Receive, stock, and label merchandise while complying with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Record inventory movements in the system promptly and verify that received goods match purchase orders.
• Monitor expiration dates, product quality, and cold‑chain requirements.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area and suggest layout improvements to boost picking efficiency.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and communicate them to the Store Supervisor.
• Support inventory control processes and assist with order hand‑over to riders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a warehouse assistant or stock replenisher.
• Experience in fast‑food or quick‑service environments is a plus.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 7 am and 1 am.
• Residence in the Equipotrol area or nearby.
• Team‑player attitude, responsibility, flexibility, and proactive mindset.
